The ultimate governance responsibility for Hedera is vested in the Council members. The Council members delegate certain authority and decisions to Hedera’s Board of Managers. The Board, in turn, may delegate certain authority and decisions to Hedera officers. The table below provides an overview of the Hedera’s governance structure.
